Fellow Milvet Marco Reininger has published an article at Huffington Post about the recent ROTC controversy. Additionally, the Columbia Spectator has been running multiple pieces regarding the ROTC debate and last week's events at the town hall meeting. Earlier today Spectrum posted our initial press release along with a summary. We have since updated the press release to reflect our unity with Columbia SIPA Veterans Association (CSVA) Military in Business Association (MIBA), and Columbia Law School Military Association (CLSMA).
CU Milvets urges all student-veterans to be aware of the level of press associated with these events and to be prudent and respectful in the expression of their opinions/comments. We know you will, anyway, because that's the way you've been throughout these ROTC hearings. We are proud of that.
